Shah Rukh Khan has officially entered the billionaire club. The news was coming from the Hurun India Rich List 2025 published on 01 October where The Bollywood king has topped for the first time. According to the list, Shah Rukh’s total wealth stands at Rs 12,490 crore.
The report mentions him as, “Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan, who has been making India’s entertainment world proud for over three decades, has joined the billionaire club with a net worth of Rs 12,490 crore.”
According to the report, Shah Rukh Khan has emerged as the richest Bollywood icon in 2025. in the second position on the list held by Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla and her family with the net worth of Rs 7,790 crore. Hrithik Roshan is in third place with a net worth of Rs 2,160 crore. Karan Johar and Amitabh Bachchan are at fourth and fifth place respectively. Shah Rukh’s wealth was Rs 7,300 crore in the previously published 2024 list. He has now reached the top with almost double his wealth in just a year.
It is worth mentioning that apart from being an actor, Shah Rukh Khan is also the co-owner of the production company Red Chillies Entertainment and the IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders.
He has huge popularity on social media 43.9 million followers on X (formerly Twitter) and 48.6 million on Instagram.
This year, Shah Rukh Khan won his first National Award for Best Actor for his film ‘Jawan’. The film, released in 2023, is one of the biggest blockbusters in the history of Indian cinema, earning over 1,000 crores at the domestic box office alone.
